We send your order with GLS, PostDanmark or other freight company.

Order before noon. 14.00 on weekdays the order will be sent the same day we received your order, so under normal circumstances you will receive the products within 1-3 days.

All prices on www.umates.com are excl. VAT and other taxes, and you automatically receive an order confirmation via email.

At www.umates.com you can pay with: Dankort, VisaDankort, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard and Eurocard.

Using the different payment options, a card fee is associated with the price.

If you pay by credit card, you are always protected against abuse. You have the option of rejecting a payment when you receive your payment history. You have no deductible in case your card is abused in an internet store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. Thus, you are better secured than in the physical world, where you have a deductible of DKK 1,200, when your Dankort is abused by using the pin code.

The data you send in connection with purchase paid with payment cards is encrypted (SSL), and thus only PBS can read them. Neither UMATES A / S nor others have the opportunity to read the data. The amount of the order is first deducted from your account when the products are shipped from UMATES A / S. A larger amount can never be deducted than what you have approved at the time of purchase.

Shipping in Denmark amounts to DKK 39, – and is stated in the order confirmation.
Orders over DKK 500, – per. Orders are delivered free of charge within Denmark.

As a rule, you can always change your UMATES product to another within 14 days of cancellation. The product is returned in its original packaging, with the return number which you receive by contacting us at +45 7022 7005 or umates@umates.com. Inform about which product you want instead. You must pay the shipping costs yourself.

Our exchange right is your assurance that you will always be able to find a product that suits you. * Only exceptions are products that are specifically hoisted to you at your request, but it will always be listed if there are restrictions on the replacement at the time of purchase of the product.

You have 14 days of cancellation right under Danish law when you shop at www.umates.com. The terms and condition for right of withdrawal runs from the day you received your order. The right of cancellation can only be exercised if the product is returned in the same condition. The right of cancellation therefore lapses if you have used the product, which significantly reduces the sales value. You must pay for the return of the goods yourself. Products are sent to:

You can also regret by refusing to receive the item. We do not receive shipments per. COD.

When you regret your purchase, the purchase price will of course be refunded to you immediately. This is done by a transfer to your credit card or to your bank account when we have the products returned and checked that they comply with the rules for the cancellation. It is therefore important that we get your registration number and account number.

It is a good idea to store the packaging so that you can use it when returning.

We live by satisfied customers and take full responsibility for the products’ functionality and quality. We provide replacement of products that have defects or get a defect during normal use according to the law of purchase. As a starting point, we provide 2 year warranty under the law, but do not cover wear and tear or other inappropriate use of the product.

Under the law, you must advertise “within reasonable time” after you discover the defect of the product.
